Nancy joined All Hands Ecology in June 1995, previously working in property management and as a flight attendant for Pan American Airlines in London. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in Spanish with a minor in art from San Jose State University and spent her senior year at the University of Madrid. When she first came to All Hands Ecology, Nancy was a part-time Administrative Assistant which allowed her to focus on her role as a foster parent. Over the years, her job has changed substantially and now, as Preserve Manager of Bouverie and Martin Griffin preserves, Nancy supervises land stewardship, resource ecology, and education program staff. In her free time Nancy enjoys doing animal portraits with soft pastels and crafting with repurposed materials.
