Jonathan Becker is a leader in he area of organizational management and currently serves as the executive director of organization development & leadership at Kardigan Biotechnology Research. In his previous role as a consultant, Jonathan focused on team performance and results. He supports teams with trust and relationships, strategy commitment, and individual growth and learning. He has worked with a variety of for-profit and non-profit organizations across sectors. He is the board chair for Children Rising, which provides tutoring to students in the Oakland Unified School District.
